5 Must Have Apps/Programs for Entrepreneurs

Must Have Apps for Entpreneurs | Mariah Antionette
As entrepreneurs, or in my case, a solopreneur, can mean taking on a lot more responsibility. But one of the most important is time management and organization in order to provide consistency and quality. So how do I stay organized? Heres 5 must have programs that are every essentials to my business.

Dropbox

Storage is the most important. You need to be able to move your files around easily, store files, and share any and everywhere. Dropbox makes that convenient for you to do so. What’s even greater is that referring friends and doing certain things grants you more space.

Evernote

I don’t always keep my journal with me but when I need to get notes or organize thoughts,  Evernote, Evernote, EVERNOTE! I can use it at home or on the go, on my computer, phone, or iPad. It’s completely easy to use and convenient. Save links, recipes, make checklists. This is my go to app.

Wave Accounting

Since switching from PayPal to Wave Accounting for invoicing, my process has been a lot smoother. I still have my Paypal of course. But, the one thing that drew me to Wave was the ability to make better looking invoices to fit more into my brand, for FREE! Also, the accounting feature for organizing my income and expenses has been so helpful as well. Did I mention the best part about it is that it’s FREE? Mind blowing, right? Wave has apps for both OS/Android, unfortunately, the invoicing app isn’t available in Google Play, just Wave Receipts.
This is almost one of my most used softwares because I’m a designer who needs to create graphics for blog posts, Instagram, moodboards, photo editing, etc. So it’s necessary to have Photoshop, Illustrator, and occasionally InDesign for all my graphic needs depending on the project.

Google Drive

Similar to Dropbox, Google Drive is a storage space that’s also linked to your google account for easy access. Google Drive also stores your files for their apps linked to their website such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, and more, making it completely easy to access these files across all platforms everywhere.

Do you have any other apps you use in your everyday business routine? I’ve love to hear new apps and programs as I’m always discovering something new and efficient to use. Share them in the comments below.

I use all of these except Wave. I’ll have to check that out. Thanks for sharing.

  • The only one on this list I’m working on his Adobe CC. Great list, and I know because I use them.
